Will have a business meeting to discuss current and new waiver applications - this will be the bulk of the meeting. Renewing KFMM and KSTK, and going for more local practice waiver sites - update / actions
Photo day logistics update - this will be abbreviated and will not cover "Formation 101" as originally planned. This will be a pre-brief on the photo day operations and logistics. The Renegades have generously offered to provide photo ships and pilots: Several of the Renegade pilots will offer photo ship services, carrying photographers for tight air to air photography. The plan as of now if for the Renegades to provide photo platforms for the photographers and will "form up" on the a/c being photographed. There will be multiple RV's and Renegade pilots volunteering services to us for this. As a result, we won't be doing the "formation 101" lecture at this time. We will try to schedule this for a later meeting. Other photo ships and pilots are welcome. We'll brief those involved on Saturday.
October 17th, 8:00 am: Air to Air photo mission
Base of operations and point of assembly is on the ramp adjacent to the terminal building at KBJC (home base for many of the Renegade pilots).
8:00 - Sortie briefing by Jim Gray and the Renegades, including team assignments, photo ships, pilots, photographers and photo target pilots and airplanes, identification of photo sites and routing, and identification of any ground to air shot plans... propose to do fly by's at Erie / Tri County for ground based photographers.
9:00 - 12:00 - Photo sorties
12:00 - lunch at the restaurant at KBJC
